Historic Disctict Landmarks Nomination
Five Oaks is proud to be actively in the process of Local Landmarks Historic Status for several sections of our neighborhood.
We have partnered with the City of Dayton to develop Historic mini Neighborhoods within Five Oaks, and retain our historic churches and institutions.
The Historic District Nominations have already passed the City pf Dayton Landmarks Commission and the City Plan Board.
The City Commission will be voting to complete the local Landmarks nomination in May 2010.
