Our Neighborhood
The Five Oaks neighborhood is an eclectic neighborhood with tree lined streets, old world charm and wonderful architectural features. This classic 1920's neighborhood is one of the true gems of the Dayton area. The larger area of Five Oaks consists of several small neighborhoods, each with its own unique style and architecture.

Most homes feature original oak woodwork, built-in pantries and bookcases, hardwood floors, fireplaces, french doors, and grand front porches. Architectural styles include Arts and Crafts, Prairie, Bungalows, Revival, Georgian, Tudor and Colonial.

It is a short walk or bike ride to Downtown Dayton, Riverscape, Metro Parks, Webster Street Market, Shuster Center, Dayton Canoe Club and the Dayton Art Institute from the Five Oaks neighborhood.

Five Oaks is proud to have three National Register of Historic Places Districts within our neighborhood. The Kenilworth Historic District,  Grafton-Rockwood Historic District and the Squirell-Forest Historic District.
